The Word of Mouth Directory of Honest & Reliable Businesses is published bi-annually in May and November. It is published by Creative Communications & Designs, Inc.

The next issue of the Word of Mouth Directory will be published in May, 2007 (see below for the deadline dates).  To reserve your advertising space in the next issue, call us at (727) 441-9450 or fax (727) 461-6265.  If you’ve never advertised with us before and have questions, give us a call!

BASIC BUSINESS LISTING (4 lines): $95.00

Included in the contact information for the Basic Business Listing are:  

4-lines for name and/or business name, street/mailing address, and 1 or 2 phone numbers.  E-mail and Web site address(es) may be substituted for address.  Also includes listing on our Web site and 2 White Page listings.  

Note: Lines are 40 spaces and does not include ALL CAPS. All caps may require a formatting charge.  The first line only is bold.

All display ads include a basic 4-line classified listing as described above, including listing on our Web site.  Camera ready artwork is to be furnished by advertiser, specifications sheets are sent at time of order.

If ordering a display ad, please send your camera ready artwork via e-mail: wordofmouthdirectory@earthlink.net   or on a CD sent by U.S. mail.  Call us for acceptable file formats and specific instructions for display ads.

A display ad information sheet will be mailed when you place a display ad. Call with any questions, we’ll be glad to help!  Any ads submitted not in accordance with these specifications are subject to a minimum $50.00 artwork charge.

Ads containing words or phrases that do not communicate to the general public and are not found in a standard dictionary will not be accepted.  Call us at (727) 441-9450 if you are in doubt as to what is acceptable.  The use of any copyrighted or trademarked terms or phrases must be accompanied by evidence of proper authorization for the advertiser to use them.

DEADLINES for the upcoming May 2007 Directory

February 16, 2007 - Up to February 16, 2007, ads reserved and paid in full will receive a 5% discount. 

March 16, 2007 - Deadline for ad reservations for the May 2007 directory.  

March 23, 2007 - No cancellations allowed after March 23, 2007.  There is a 10% cancellation fee for ads cancelled prior to that.

March 23, 2007 - This is the deadline for submitting camera-ready artwork for display ads.

All ads must be pre-paid by March 16, 2007.
